Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to personal data you give Solar Battery Price (solarbatteryprice.co.uk).

Who is responsible

The data controller is SEO-DONS LTD. Published by SEO-DONS LTD (company no. 16766013), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact us through the form on the contact page.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, postcode, and anything optional you choose to add (phone number, property details, timeline, message). We also record which page the form was on.

We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry by email about the thing you asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you made.

Who receives your details

• SEO-DONS LTD, which publishes this site and reads and answers each enquiry.
• Formspree, the service that receives form submissions for us, acting as our processor.
• Netlify, which hosts this website and may log technical request data (such as IP address) for security.

We do not pass enquiries to installers or other firms, we do not sell lists of contacts, and we do not use your details for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry. If that ever changes for this site, this notice will be updated before it happens.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months so we can deal with follow-up questions or complaints, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technical cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use or withdraw consent. Use the contact form. If you are unhappy with our reply you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
